  • 🎉 ILS launched a new Fund Manager Portal for ProVision, bringing fund managers and external counsel into one secure platform to collaborate on side letters, comment memos, investors and the MFN process across every fund. The new portal also adds obligation tracking, bringing ongoing fund requirements into the same workflow.

Fundings

 +$25MM

  • Scan.com | UK: Scan.com raised $220M in combined equity and debt financing to continue scaling its medical imaging network. The financing comprises a $90M Series C led by Noteus Partners and $130M in debt facilities from VerisFi Capital and Atempo Growth, with Aviva, Concord Health Partners, YZR Capital and Oxford Capital also participating in the equity round.

  • Xapien | UK: Xapien raised $56M to scale its due diligence technology and expand its presence in the US. Spectrum Equity led the investment, with participation from existing investor YFM Equity Partners.

  • Chamelio | United States: AI-native legal operations platform Chamelio raised a $26M Series A led by Entrée Capital, with participation from existing investors Work Bench and Emerge Ventures alongside Bright Pixel Capital.

  • Comp AI | United States: Comp AI raised a $34M Series A as it continues building technology to automate compliance and cybersecurity workflows. Roo Capital and Grand Ventures led the round, bringing the company’s total funding to $37.5M.

  • Noxtua | Germany: More than €100M is going into Noxtua following a Series C that will see German legal publisher C.H.BECK become its majority shareholder. Austrian legal publisher MANZ also joined as a minority investor in the European sovereign legal AI company.

 $5MM-$25MM

  • Blee | United States: Fin Capital and SMBC Fin Atlas Beyond Fund co-led a $20M Series A for the AI-first marketing compliance platform. Hannah Grey VC, National Bank of Canada and existing investors also took part, bringing Blee's total funding to $27M.

  • AI Score | UK: Enterprise AI governance platform AI Score raised $5.4M in Seed funding led by Fuel Ventures, with participation from founding investor GALLOS Technologies and several technology and finance investors. The round follows its $1M pre-seed financing in late 2025.

  • Luminary | United States: Luminary raised a $22M Series A for its technology supporting wealth transfer and administration. Ten Coves Capital led the round, taking the company’s total funding to nearly $32M.

  • Magnar | Chile: Legal AI platform Magnar raised an $8M Series A co-led by 6 Degrees Capital and Hi Ventures. FEN Ventures, Platanus Ventures and Nascent Ventures participated alongside strategic investments from law firms Carey and Beccar Varela.

  • HelmGuard | UK: HelmGuard secured $7.3M in Seed funding for its technology tackling governance, risk and compliance. Infinity Ventures and Frontline Ventures co-led the round, joined by FinTech Collective, Stage 2 Capital and Entrepreneur First.

  • Complaion | Italy: Compliance platform Complaion raised €13.5M in funding co-led by Eurazeo and Italian Founders Fund. The round included participation from Shapers, 2100 Ventures, Kfund, Sella Direct Ventures, Enzo Ventures, Vento, Ithaca, Eden Ventures and Vesper.

  • Yak Tech | United States: Yak Tech received a $155K equity investment after winning Oregon Entrepreneurs Network’s 2026 Angel Oregon Technology program. The company is building an AI-powered workspace designed to reduce manual work across audit and compliance processes.

  • Concorda | United States: Sazze Partners led a $3.8M Seed round for the litigation AI platform, with a16z Speedrun among the participants. Amino Capital, Gaingels, G2C Ventures, Alumni Ventures and Service Provider Capital also invested.

  • Instarc | Estonia: HFO Investments led a €1.25M financing into Instarc, supporting the cloud-native regulatory compliance company’s commercial rollout and international expansion.

  • EnforceShield | Lithuania: Legal technology company EnforceShield raised a €1.7M Seed round led by Vendep Capital, with participation from FIRSTPICK VC. Its platform automates the detection, validation and enforcement of intellectual property infringements across digital channels.

  • Grubel | Germany: AI research lab Grubel raised €3M in Pre-Seed funding led by Point Nine, with participation from technology and AI investors including Jeff Dean, Chris Ré, Ion Stoica and Harvey co-founders Gabe Pereyra and Winston Weinberg.


Mergers & Acquisitions


  • Clerky | United States: Stripe acquired legal paperwork platform Clerky, expanding its startup infrastructure capabilities beyond incorporation and payments. Clerky provides tools for formation, fundraising, equity management, board actions and hiring paperwork.

  • icourts | Australia: Consilio acquired Australian legaltech and eDiscovery specialist icourts, expanding its presence across the Asia Pacific region. icourts provides electronic evidence management, forensic technology, digital court books, eTrials and data processing.

  • Guardrails AI | United States: Harvey's fourth acquisition of 2026 is a security play. Guardrails AI builds the infrastructure to test and monitor AI agents and put safeguards around them.

  • Doctrine | France: RELX acquired AI-powered legal research and workflow platform Doctrine for integration into LexisNexis Legal & Professional. Doctrine serves more than 27,000 legal professionals across France, Italy, Germany, Spain and Luxembourg.

  • Sandline Germany | Germany: European legaltech integration provider PSA acquired Sandline Germany, an iManage solutions and services specialist, from Sandline Global. The transaction covers the German business exclusively.

  • BotDojo | United States: Mitratech Legal acquired AI native startup BotDojo to support the development of its ARIES AI ecosystem. The acquisition brings BotDojo’s AI technology into Mitratech’s platform serving corporate legal teams and law firms.
