  • Airia, an enterprise AI security and orchestration platform, raised $100M, from co-founder John Marshall.

  • Centari, an AI-powered deal insights platform, raised $14M Series A, led by Sentinel Global.

  • Enter, a Brazilian platform using AI agents for dispute resolution, raised $37.5M, led by Founders Fund.

  • Eve, a legal AI platform designed to automate case management tasks for law firms, raised $103M Series B, led by Spark Capital.

  • Filevine, a legal operating intelligence system, raised $400M from Insight Partners, Accel, and The Halo Fund.

  • Isaacus, a legal AI foundation model builder, raised $700K in Pre-Seed, from Aura Ventures and Galileo Ventures.

  • Lexroom, an Italian GenAI legal platform, raised $19M Series A, led by Base10 Partners.

  • MarqVision, an AI-powered IP platform, raised $48M Series B, from Salesforce Ventures and Y Combinator.

  • PostSig, an AI-driven platform for post-signature contract management, raised $4.1M Seed, led by Differential Ventures.

  • Saga, an AI workspace designed for legal professionals, raised over €1.5M Seed.

  • SCOREalytics, an AI-powered legal risk management company and spin-off from Baker McKenzie, raised $3M Seed, led by Moneta Ventures.

  • Superpanel, an agentic AI Intake Assistant, raised $5.3M in equity financing, led by Outlander VC and Field Ventures.

Acquisitions

  • Epiq, a legaltech and services company, acquired Inflection IT, an Intapp implementation consultancy, and joined Fireman, an Epiq company focused on law firm advisory services.

  • Lawhive, an online platform that connects users with licensed solicitors, acquired Woodstock Legal Services, a traditional UK law firm, to complement its vision of merging human expertise with advanced AI.

  • MyLegal, a legal automation platform, acquired Leaflet Source Code, and its suite of technologies, including CLM, AI frameworks, and an advanced DMS, to create a unified legaltech platform.

  • NetDocuments, a document and email management platform for law firms, acquired OpenText’s DMS eDOCS, a legal document management system.

  • SimpleDocs, a company with an AI contract drafting, redlining and review platform, acquired Law Insider, home to 5M contracts and 20M clauses spanning more than 50 languages, creating one of the largest global communities of contract professionals.
