  • Lexroom, a legal AI infrastructure platform specializing in civil law markets, raised $50M Series B led by Left Lane Capital.

  • Pivot, an AI-first operating system and management platform for enterprise procurement, raised $40M Series B co-led by Forestay Capital and Notion Capital.

  • Enter, an AI operating system for enterprise legal departments and litigation management, raised over $100M in Series B funding at a $1.2B valuation led by Founders Fund, with participation from Ribbit Capital, Sequoia Capital, ONEVC, Atlantico, and Kaszek.

  • Reserv, an AI-native third-party administrator (TPA) and claims intelligence provider for the P&C insurance industry, raised $125M Series C led by KKR, with participation from existing investors Bain Capital Ventures, Flourish Ventures, and select strategic partners and clients.

  • Rightsline, a leading rights and royalties management software platform for intellectual property-intensive industries, secured a $500M strategic growth investment from Hg. The round included meaningful co-investment from existing majority owner Klass Capital, Salem Partners, and the management team to accelerate its AI product roadmap and support international expansion.

  • Outmarket AI, an AI platform purpose-built for insurance brokerages and workflows, raised $17M Series A led by Permanent Capital Ventures with participation from SignalFire, Fika Ventures, TTV Capital, and Dash Fund.

  • LawX, an AI-powered operating system for law firms and notaries, raised €7.5M in Seed funding led by Motive Partners.

  • Stilta, an agentic AI platform for patent litigation and intelligence, raised $10.5M Seed led by Andreessen Horowitz with participation from Y Combinator and a group of founders and operators from leading AI companies.

  • Harmoney, a compliance and counterparty risk management orchestration platform, secured a €10M strategic minority growth investment from Smile Sail.

  • RemotePass, a global employment, payroll, and spend management platform for distributed teams, raised $17.4M Series B led by EBRD Venture Capital.

  • FaceUp, an all-in-one anonymous reporting, ethics, and compliance platform, raised $5M Series A led by Fil Rouge Capital.

  • Greenboard, an AI-native securities compliance platform for financial institutions, raised $20M in total funding, including a $15.5M Series A led by Base10 Partners.

  • ProcurePro, an end-to-end construction procurement platform, raised $15M ($11M USD) in funding led by QIC Ventures at a valuation exceeding $100M.

  • KYG Trade, an AI-assisted trade compliance and tariff management platform, raised $18.7M in a new funding round to scale its global trade orchestration capabilities, workflow automation, and compliance tracking solutions.

  • Moritz, an AI-native hybrid law firm, raised $9M in Seed funding led by Y Combinator and 20VC. The round included participation from Urban Innovation Fund, Inception Fund, and over 20 unicorn founders to expand its AI-driven commercial legal services across the US and Europe.

  • Jurisphere.ai, an AI-powered outcome-based legal workspace and lawyer marketplace, raised $2.2M Seed led by Info Edge Ventures with participation from Flourish Ventures, Antler, and 8i Ventures.

  • OneReg, an aviation safety, regulation, and compliance management platform, raised $4.4M in Series A funding co-led by Altered Capital and Co:Act Capital, with participation from other U.K. and U.S.-based investors.

  • Rely, an AI-native transaction automation and diligence platform for the multifamily real estate industry, raised $4.5M Seed led by 2048 Ventures with participation from Range Ventures and Better Tomorrow Ventures.

  • DDD Invoices, an API-first e-invoicing and tax compliance infrastructure platform, raised €1.31M in Seed funding led by Fil Rouge Capital with participation from 500 Global and select strategic angel investors.

  • Secludy, a privacy-tech startup enabling financial institutions to safely train GenAI models and evaluate AI vendors using privacy-guaranteed synthetic data, raised $4M in Seed funding led by Impression Ventures.

  • Kaavio, an AI-powered product content platform for B2B distributors and manufacturers, raised $2.9M in Pre-seed funding led by Baukunst.

  • Nabu, a digital customs clearance and AI-powered automation platform for freight forwarders and international trade companies, raised €3M in funding. The investment included participation from Getlink alongside existing investor Maersk Growth to accelerate its product capabilities and European market expansion.

  • Crimson, a London-based litigation and dispute-focused AI startup, raised an oversubscribed $2.5M Seed round led by Y Combinator.

  • Thinkstruct, an AI-driven patent research and intellectual property analytics platform, raised $1M in funding to accelerate product development and expand its patent intelligence offerings for legal and innovation teams.

  • BestFarewell, a digital end-of-life planning and memorial platform, raised $1M in new funding to support product expansion and grow its consumer services platform.

  • Andco, an AI-powered back-office platform for contractors and small businesses, raised $500K from Y Combinator as part of the YC Summer 2026 batch.


Mergers & Acquisitions


  • Carta, an enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform for private capital, launched "Carta Law" through the strategic acquisition of Avantia, an AI-powered legal and compliance law firm for asset managers.

  • Legora, a collaborative AI operating system for legal work, acquired Graceview, a regulatory horizon scanning and intelligence platform, to integrate real-time regulatory visibility and change tracking into legal, compliance, and risk workflows.

  • Datasite, an AI-powered transaction infrastructure platform for private markets, and Legora, a collaborative legal AI platform, announced a strategic product integration partnership. The collaboration enables deal teams to run AI-powered due diligence and document analysis directly on virtual data room (VDR) files within Legora while automatically inheriting authoritative Datasite permission settings.

  • Docusign, an intelligent agreement management platform provider, and Harvey, a leading AI platform for legal and professional services, announced a strategic partnership to integrate Harvey's legal reasoning engine with Docusign's agreement workflows, enabling enterprise teams to seamlessly move from AI-powered document analysis and drafting to execution.

  • Clio, a leading intelligent legal work platform provider, announced it has surpassed $500M in annual recurring revenue (ARR), following a period of rapid growth that included a $500M Series G funding round and its $1B acquisition of vLex.
