Alt Legal landed growth investment from The LegalTech Fund and SSM Partners to scale its trademark lifecycle tools and "Alt Legal Assist" docketing service globally.
Bunch, a bill management platform for renters, acquired Monadd, to transform automated address and service management for renters across the UK.
Spellbook gained further enterprise momentum as Dropbox adopted the AI platform to power its in-house legal contracting.

AttiFin AI, an AI legal assistant for law firms, raised a £5M Seed, ahead of its planned launch in early 2026.
Briefcatch, an AI-assisted legal writing platform, raised a $6M Series A, to accelerate platform development and expand its presence.
Curvestone AI, a platform to automate legal & compliance, raised a $4M Seed, led by MTech Capital.
Soxton AI, an AI legal support platform for startups, raised a $2.5M Pre-Seed, led by angel investors.
Awesome Compliance, a collaborative AI platform for compliance, raised a €1.2M Pre-Seed.
Acquisitions
Filevine, a legal practice management system, acquired PinCites, to expand AI-powered contract redlining tools.
LawVu, a legal operations platform for in-house teams, acquired ClauseBase, to expand its contract AI business.
Onit, a workflow and enterprise legal management solution, acquired LawBase, enabling SLED agencies to access deeper expertise and a unified ecosystem of AI-powered legal workflow tools.
Scissero, a legal services provider, acquired Robin AI's managed services team, to combine AI with managed legal services.
