  • 🎉 Trestle, a contract platform provides subcontractor and supplier performance management and analytics software for the heavy construction industry, raised a $2.3M Pre-Seed led by Lerer Hippeau, while we also joined the party as a follow on investor!

  • Pryzm, an AI platform for government contract acceleration, raised a $2M Pre-Seed led by XYZ Venture Capital and Amplify.LA.

  • Story, a Web3 platform that enables on-chain IP creation and collaboration, raised an $80M Series B funding led by a16z.

  • Supio, a developer of software automating workflows, data integration and document creation, raised a $25M Series A led by Sapphire Ventures.

  • Wisedocs, a software that automates medical record indexing and processing, secured $4.5M (CAD) in growth capital financing.


Acquisitions

  • BriefBox, an enterprise legal management cloud-based platform, acquired DealTechno, a consulting and recruiting firm.

  • Thomson Reuters, a provider of legal research tools, productivity solutions, financial management software, investigative and compliance solutions, acquired Safe Sign Technologies, an AI startup that creates LLMs for law.
