  • 🎉 Wexler, a London-based legal AI startup, was acquired by Legora, expanding Legora's AI powered fact intelligence and litigation capabilities while establishing its London engineering hub.

  • LeapXpert, a governed communications platform for regulated enterprises, raised $180M in growth funding led by Riverwood Capital, with participation from Portage Ventures.

  • Norm AI, an AI platform building regulatory AI agents and powering the AI-native law firm Norm Law, raised a $120M Series C round led by Khosla Ventures, with participation from Blackstone, Bain Capital Ventures, Coatue, and others.

  • Risk Ledger, a supply chain security platform for third-party risk management, raised a £24M Series B round led by Axiom Equity, with participation from Mercia Ventures.

 $5MM-$25MM

  • EverSettled, an AI-powered estate settlement platform helping families navigate probate administration and legal logistics, raised a $5M Seed round led by Emergence Capital, with participation from Seedcamp, Alumni Ventures, Entrepreneur First, and others.

  • Integral Privacy Technologies, an AI privacy infrastructure platform that protects sensitive data in AI pipelines, raised $25M in growth capital from Venrex, The General Partnership, Array Ventures, and other investors.

  • Klaimee, an InsurTech platform developing insurance and warranty products for autonomous AI agents, raised a $5.5M Seed round led by FundersClub, with participation from Y Combinator, Pioneer Fund, and other existing investors.

  • Kord, a fintech platform for digital onboarding, identity verification, AML compliance, and payments, raised a £6.4M Series A round led by Guinness Ventures, with participation from Beringea and SFC Capital.

  • Taxwire, an AI-powered sales tax automation and managed compliance platform, raised $25M of capital across Seed and Series A funding from Headline Ventures, XYZ VC, Vinyl, Recall Capital, and Nomo Ventures.

  • Immigify, an AI-powered immigration platform helping immigrants and legal professionals navigate the U.S. immigration system, raised a $1M+ Pre-Seed round led by Gener8tor, with participation from M25, Invest Nebraska, Nelnet, NMotion, and Techstars.

  • Legible, an AI-powered policy intelligence platform for government affairs teams, raised $3.4M in growth funding from Acadian Software to accelerate its national expansion.

  • Librari, an AI-powered contract intelligence platform for agreement management, raised a $1.75M Pre-Seed round from early-stage investors and an angel syndicate of CFOs, general counsels, and founders.

  • Sensity AI, a developer of forensic-grade deepfake detection technology for AI-generated content, raised $2.1M in growth capital from Auriga Cyber Ventures, with participation from Betaworks Ventures and European tech angels.

  • Vikk AI, an AI-powered legal discovery platform and alternative to traditional attorney directories, raised $4.2M of capital across Pre-Seed and Seed funding from strategic angel investors and MagnaSci Ventures.


Mergers & Acquisitions


  • Dassault Systèmes, an enterprise software provider, agreed to acquire ArisGlobal, an AI-native life sciences compliance platform, for approximately $1.8B to create a unified AI platform for regulatory, safety, and quality management.

  • Epiq, a legal and business services provider, acquired Tenor Legal to expand Epiq Counsel, bringing its global talent network to more than 1,000 professionals across six countries.

  • Harbor, a legal technology services provider, acquired iTrain, a legal technology training and AI enablement firm, to strengthen user adoption, training, and change management capabilities for law firms.

  • Harvey, an AI platform for professional services, acquired Benchmark, a decision infrastructure platform for asset managers, to expand its AI platform across the investment deal lifecycle.
