In mid-July, The LegalTech Fund hosted the Alternative Business Structures (ABS) Retreat in Park City, Utah, a gathering of legal innovators, investors, operators, and regulatory experts exploring ownership, capital, and delivery models in legal services. What began as a regulatory experiment in Arizona and Utah is rapidly becoming a national conversation.
